Welcome to Screph! By using our website screph.com and Screph software, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Licensing terms for Screph source code and distributed components are stated in the corresponding repository files. Code covered by the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0) is governed by that license:
The complete product includes third-party libraries, runtime packages, models and tools governed by their own licenses and notices. The Screph license does not replace those terms. Package metadata and classifiers in the SBOM support automated checks, but may be incomplete or ambiguous and are not themselves a legal conclusion.
Current publication boundary. The installer currently being served has no release manifest, so the site cannot expose its exact SBOM. A fresh 1.0.9 candidate manifest lists 213 Python packages, but the strict repository license policy currently returns 25 unresolved findings: four GPL/LGPL denied-term matches, five unknown-license entries and 16 values outside the current allowlist. This means the candidate has not passed the internal automated license gate; it is not a claim that a particular license has been violated.
The current QtIFW package metadata has no <Licenses> entries, and the installed payload has no single root LICENSE, aggregated third-party notice or public SBOM file. Many upstream license files remain inside individual *.dist-info directories, but that is not a substitute for an indexed notice bundle. Until the gate passes and the exact bundle is published, use the repository LICENSE/files as the technical source and do not treat the Alpha artifact as a license-cleared release.
When using our website, you agree to:
Screph is provided "as is", without any warranties to the extent permitted by law.
Screph code covered by the repository root LICENSE is distributed under AGPL-3.0. Files or bundled dependencies with separate notices remain governed by those terms. In addition:
If you create an account on our site:
Screph may contact explicitly selected third-party services: LLM and speech APIs, model hosts (Hugging Face, GitHub/Ultralytics), configured stream URLs and custom endpoints. The website also loads Bootstrap from jsDelivr and may use an IP lookup service for its server-side request log. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
An account may be used for device login, profile, support, server speech and manual diagnostics submission. A displayed balance is not in itself a public offer: purchasing is available only when a current package, price, checkout and terms are published on the website. See the online services documentation for current status.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
