Scope
These terms apply to the screph.com website, the Screph, Voice2Text desktop software and the online features available. The use of individual third party services is also subject to their own terms and conditions.

Licenses
The licensing terms for source code and redistributable components are specified in the license files of the corresponding repositories and packages. The root source code license Screph is available in the project repository.
Third Party Components
Screph uses third party libraries, tools and models with their own licenses and terms. The Screph license does not supersede the terms of those components. Before distributing a modified assembly, you must check the licenses of the actual included files.
Use of the site and programs
- Illegal use, disruption of the site and attempts at unauthorized access are prohibited.
- The user is responsible for the selected data sources, automation scripts, context transferred to external services, and compliance with the rights of third parties.

- The Alpha version may contain errors, change formats and require manual configuration. It is not intended for unobserved control of critical systems.
Account
The user is responsible for the safety of login data and actions in his account. An account is only required for functions explicitly designated as online; core local processes Screph are accessible without logging in.
Online and third party services
Cloud speech recognition, LLM, model sources, network streams and other external connections process the transmitted data according to their own conditions. The user selects the service and is responsible for having the necessary rights, keys, and permissions to transfer data.
Purchasing network operations
There are currently no published rates or a working purchasing process on the site. Displaying the balance in the profile does not constitute an offer to enter into an agreement and does not confirm the possibility of replenishment.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability
Screph is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by applicable law. Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. The user independently evaluates the suitability of the program for his task and takes measures for backup, verification of results and safe recovery.

Terms may be updated along with the site and product. The current version is published on this page with the date of last update.
